Major Waldron's Courses & Training

Major Waldron Sportsmen's Association provides a wide choice of training and courses in a variety of disciplines. Major Waldron's has a large, dedicated pool of NRA certified instructors who volunteer their time to train people in the safe use of handguns for fun, sport and personal protection. We have a heated indoor facility with classroom, kitchen and restroom as well as a 10 lane indoor firing range. Major Waldron Sportsmen's Association is located on Route 9 in Barrington, N.H. just a few miles off exit 6W of the Spaulding Turnpike. You are not required to be a member of the NRA, or Major Waldron Sportsmen's Association to take a class.

The courses we offer are comprehensive and thorough, often exceeding the hours required by NRA standards to ensure that each and every student gets the maximum amount of exposure to the concepts and training needed to master the basics of handgun ownership. Our students come from all walks of life; young and old, male and female, athletic and not. Your only requirement is being a law-abiding citizen with a clean criminal record and a willingness to learn and have fun.
